Any changes requested after contract execution may require additional fees.

Deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Digital Products and Online Courses

Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales of digital products, online courses, downloadable resources, recordings, and digital content are final.

No refunds will be issued once access has been granted unless required by law.

6. Book Sales, Merchandise, and Physical Products

All book sales, merchandise sales, and physical product sales are final.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will only be considered within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and only if the item received does not match the product listed on the approved quote, proposal, order confirmation, or invoice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all quotes, proposals, order confirmations, and invoices prior to purchase to ensure the correct products, quantities, and specifications are listed.

Orders fulfilled exactly as described on the approved quote, proposal, order confirmation, or invoice are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

If you believe an incorrect item was shipped, you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery and provide supporting documentation for review.

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for replacement or refund.
